How to find the right tyre size for your Nissan Sunny, which type of tyre suits how you drive, and how to make them last in UAE conditions.
01Finding the right size for your Sunny
- Check the sidewall of your current tyre: the size looks like 265/65 R17 112H.
- Or read the placard inside the driver’s door frame, which lists the factory sizes and pressures.
- Or send us your year and version on WhatsApp and we will reply with the size and fitted prices.
02Which type of tyre do you need?
Saloons and hatchbacks
A touring tyre gives the best balance of comfort, low noise and tread life for city and motorway driving. Eco versions can lower fuel use.
Sports and performance cars
Ultra-high-performance tyres steer more precisely and brake shorter. Keep at least the original speed rating, and keep run-flats if the car was delivered on them.
SUVs and 4x4s
Highway-terrain tyres are quietest on the road; all-terrain tyres suit owners who also drive on sand or gravel. Always match the load index of the original tyres.

04Care & replacement
- Check pressures once a month when the tyres are cold, using the figures on the placard in the driver’s door frame, not the maximum printed on the tyre.
- Read the four-digit date code on the sidewall (week and year of manufacture). Heat ages rubber, so have older tyres inspected even if the tread looks fine.
- Rotate the tyres at the interval in your owner’s handbook to even out wear, unless the car has different front and rear sizes.
- Replace tyres in pairs on the same axle at least, and fit the newer pair on the rear for stability.
